CD ADVISORY O B J E C T S
The CD advisory procedure consists of evaluation, development, (trans-) formation and implementation of the organization | corporate External Policy, being based on its identity | vision | culture.
Integrating think-tank, brain trust, initiator, developer, strategist, mediator as well as coaching, counseling and implementation functions, intellectual cultures and knowledge structures are interdisciplinarily associated to identify, communicate and correlate qualified organization | corporate interests with political targets and equivalent society demands.
CD describes the field of private-public synchronization

External Policy defines the principal, functional and communicative procedural guidelines for the external strategies, operations and process controls.
